Terms of Service

These terms cover using this website, maeve.care. They do not cover the Maeve service. A home that uses Maeve does so under its own Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement with QuinTek LLC, which are signed before any home goes live and which govern the service completely.

1. Nothing here is a contract

The prices on this site are the prices Maeve is offered at. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no agreement to provide the service exists until a Services Agreement has been signed by both parties. If anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement governs.

2. Using this website

You may read, print, and share these pages. You may not copy the site’s text, layout, or screenshots for use in your own materials.

The screenshots on this site show Maeve running on a demonstration home. Every name, resident, medication, and record in them is invented. None of it is real health information.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that it will always be available.

3. What Maeve is not

Maeve is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and it does not by itself make a home compliant with any law or rule. No outcome of any inspection or survey is promised, by this site or by anyone. The references to Arizona rules on this site describe what Maeve helps a home keep; the home remains responsible for its own compliance.

4. Our marks

“Maeve” and the Maeve logo belong to QuinTek LLC.

5. Signing in

The sign-in page on this site takes you to Maeve’s own sign-in. Using Maeve is governed by your home’s Services Agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuinTek LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Pima County, Arizona.
