Support from 7 am to 7 pm Arizona time, Monday to Friday, from inside the app. A home that can’t record a med pass is worked ahead of everything else, and an outage is worked whenever it happens, weekends included.

Yes, any time before your next invoice. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee, and Maeve keeps working to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

They’re yours. You can export every record, every document and the audit trail as one file at any time. When an account closes, we send a complete export before anything is deleted.
